The Profile page is your account home. It shows your email, registration and last login, and your current plan, and it’s where you manage preferences and security.
Preferences
- Language — switch the interface between English and Italian.
- Weekly Review email — opt in to receive the weekly discipline digest by email.
Security & privacy
- Change password — use at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
- Two-factor authentication — set up an authenticator app (see the 2FA guide).
- Export data and Delete account — covered in the data guide.
Good to know
Your email address is shown for reference and can’t be changed from the Profile page. Manage your plan from the Billing page via the “Manage plan” link.Ready to try it yourself?
