Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for TDLab subscriptions.

1. Free trial
TDLab may offer a 7-day free trial. You can use the trial to evaluate the product before choosing a paid plan. If you do not start a paid subscription, no payment is due for the trial itself.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription before the next billing date to stop future renewals. After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise shown in the app or checkout flow.
3. First payment refunds
If you are not satisfied after your first paid subscription payment, contact us within 14 days at support@tradingdisciplinelab.com. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
4. Renewal refunds
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started. We may make exceptions for accidental renewals if you contact us promptly and there has been no substantial use of the service during the renewed period.
5. Abuse and misuse
Refunds may be refused where an account has violated the Terms of Service, attempted fraud, abused the service or used paid features in a way inconsistent with a good-faith evaluation.
6. How refunds are processed
Payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment method, bank and payment provider.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. If local law gives you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.
